Perfect Day to TRX!

As promised, I’ll periodically post my workouts for you guys. If you know me, this is by far one of my favorite ways to train my clients- TRX is where it’s at! The TRX system uses your own body weight to create resistance as you train. That’s all you need – the TRX suspension and your own body- no additional weights are required to give this complete workout, anywhere!

It’s time to lose the fear of bulking up and gain slim, firm, toned muscles!  Many women are doing cardio-only workouts, or using weights too light to do any good, because they are afraid of big, bulky muscles. TRX allows you to build tremendous strength and power without ever bulking up!

Here is my last 45 minute session with Briana. It was a beautiful day at the beach and she is a complete pro at this!! :-)

    Hi Razan, I just learned about you today and have read your blog. loooove it. I ask striving to get a body like yours. I don’t have access to a trx system yet, I have to wait til my current gym membership runs out in 5 months. 1 question, is your bottom half genetics or is it all hard work? I want to know that there is hope and that its attainable for me. Thank you!:-)
