The vision of this art piece is quite clear, the female form. This dates back all the way to the Greeks and Romans employing the human form in their artwork.

The originality of the piece is striking due to the usage of the chair in support of the subject in her vulnerable female form. She is representing her femininity, softness, gentleness, and wholesomeness. This makes this woman more appealing and distinguishable from the rest in this style of art. There is a quality of innocence to this artwork.

Technique is well-illustrated by this artist; because he wants you to think well-beyond the superficial and into the heart of a man. Who am I? What makes me tick? What is my purpose here? The external vulnerability of this woman is a mirror for the internal self. It causes a great deal of self-examination to transpire, which is entirely healthy.

It even appears that there are mirrors in the background with the soft backdrop and light blue ambiance and the pristinely white chair back with the supporting slats. These all lend themselves to purity, goodness, and preparation for a deep, long look into her internal man. The combination of the numerous supports charts a good, inviting path into self-reflection and self-valuation.

Its impact was immediately apparent to me! I had to wait nearly a full week to write this response to this marvelous piece by a gifted artist. It was readily on my mind, drawing me inward to make sure I am being the man I am supposed to be: physically, mentally, emotionally, verbally, psychologically, and spiritually. I found myself examining everything I did during the week based on the thoughts invoked by this piece of art. This is true art, which allows me to look beyond the natural into the supernatural.

Thank you for being yourself and having such an impact on me!
